We specialise in managing villa and holiday home rentals on the island of Krk.

Our work started with small apartment rentals and gradually moved towards villas and full property management. Today we manage more than 200 properties across the island.

Over the years we have become one of the leading agencies for villas and holiday homes with pools on Krk, working exclusively within this destination.

What we take care of
