We specialise in managing villa and holiday home rentals on the island of Krk.
Our work started with small apartment rentals and gradually moved towards villas and full property management. Today we manage more than 200 properties across the island.

We organise professional photography and prepare listings so guests clearly understand what they are booking. The property is then promoted across our website and major booking platforms, supported by ongoing online advertising and returning guest campaigns.

Guests expect quick answers and someone on site if needed.
Because we are located on the island, most situations are solved immediately without involving the owner. This reduces stress and prevents negative reviews.
Administration for non-resident owners
Many of our property owners live outside Croatia.
We handle the complete administrative process related to rentals, including guest registration, invoicing and mandatory reporting. We also take over tax related obligations connected to agency bookings, so you don’t have to communicate with authorities or understand local procedures.
You receive clear reports and payouts, without dealing with Croatian paperwork.

You always remain in control of your property. You decide blocked dates, house rules, owner stays and the final approval of prices.
