During your stay
No smoking
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
No parties
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Keep noise down
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud music is not permitted during the day either.
Registered guests only
Only registered guests may stay at the property. Visitors are not permitted.
Sort your waste
Take waste out regularly and sort it according to the instructions at the property.
Take care of the property
Use the property and its equipment responsibly, and report any damage or malfunction as soon as possible.
Pet rules
Applies only to properties where pets are permitted.
Pool and hot tub
Pets must not enter or swim in the pool or hot tub.
Beds and sofas
Pets are not allowed to sit or sleep on beds and sofas.
Before you leave
Check out by 10:00 AM
Unless a different time has been agreed in advance.
Switch everything off
Turn off the lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances.
Secure the property
Close all windows and doors.
Check your belongings
Please check wardrobes, drawers and the bathroom before leaving.
Return the keys
Leave or return the keys as instructed.
Leave the property tidy
Thank you for leaving the accommodation tidy for our team and the next guests.
Failure to follow the house rules may result in additional charges and/or termination of the stay, in accordance with the booking terms.
