Apartment LAGANINI I near the beach

Such a nice place to spend a vacation. The apartment looks like a brand new. Both terraces are amazing. The owner is also really nice and friendly.

We had a phantastic stay in Njivice in this appartment. It's brandnew, equipped with tasteful furniture for all needs and very suitable for a family of 4 people. It's located very nicely, the beach, a bakery, a small supermarket and also many restaurants can be reached within only a couple of minutes of walking distance. We would definitely recommend this appartment and would very much like to come back in future. Thank you very much for phantastic holidays in Njivice. Randy & Christoph

Wir hatten als Paar einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub in dem komplett neuen modern eingerichteten Appartement. Die Wohnung umfasst das gesamte oberste Stockwerk. Sie war sehr sauber und bot jedlichen Komfort wie im Angebot beschrieben. Das Auto konnte direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. Die Wohnungsübergabe und Rückgabe hat mit der Eigentümerin gut funktioniert. Sie wohnt in der Nähe ,war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Probleme gut erreichbar. Von der Wohnung ist alles im Ort in ca.5-10 min Fußweg erreichbar. Strand,kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft,Bäckerei,Restaurants. Njivice ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort. Größere Geschäfte sind mit dem Auto in ca.10 min zu erreichen. Auf den 2 großen Terrassen mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen kann man gut relaxen. Abwechselnd liegt eine in der Sonne und eine im Schatten.
