Die Villa Maslina liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Ort, Haus und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und sauber! Wir wurden herzlich von den Eltern des Eigentümers empfangen, auch etwas Wasser, Saft, Bier und Kekse haben wir im Kühlschrank vorgefunden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch Staubsauger, Waschmaschine und Putzmittel sind vorhanden. Bei Fragen war der Eigentümer immer schnell per Handy erreichbar. Zum Meer sind es 800m, nur der Heimweg bergauf war uns zu anstrengend. Aber in der Nachsaison war unter der Woche das Parken am Wasser auch kein Problem. Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in der Villa verbracht!

Wir mieten seit über 20 Jahren Ferienobjekte und dieses Haus ist jetzt unter den ersten drei Objekten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Krk Adria war unkompliziert und es wurde auf Nachfragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Check-in/out funktionierte über eine Schlüsseltresor. Der Vermieter ist bei evtl. Problemen immer per WhatsApp erreichbar, super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und das zieht sich durch das ganze Haus. Eine solch perfekt eingerichtete Küche mit vielen Gegenständen, die zu Hause selbstverständlich sind, z.B. wirklich scharfe Messer, Tupper, etc., sowie ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfe findet man selten. Im unteren Badezimmer gab es Seife, Waschmittel, Putzmittel, Staubsauger und mehr als ausreichend Toilettenpapier. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Alle Fenster/Terrassentüren haben Außenjalousien, im unteren Schlafzimmer ist sogar ein Screen vorhanden. Das obere Stockwerk haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir nur zu zweit waren. Der Pool mit Außendusche und der überdachte Außenbereich mit Grill waren perfekt, vor allem wenn es abends schon kühler wird. Wir haben die ganzen Aufenthalt dort gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Pinezici ist sehr klein, fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen (Super)Markt, wo man morgens frisches Brot holen kann. Der Wocheneinkauf sollte eher in Krk Stadt erledigt werden. Zum Strand ist es zwar nur knapp 1 Kilometer, allerdings geht dieser Kilometer bergab. Was dann wiederum auf dem Rückweg berghoch bedeutet. Es gibt am Strand einen Parkplatz, wo wir jetzt im September immer einen Platz gefunden haben. Es gibt dort 2 Strandbars, wo man alles vom Snack bis zum Abendessen erhält. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Villa Maslina sehr genossen und uns dort "zu Hause" gefühlt.
