The place was nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is also nice, with the beautiful Jert beach only within 10 minutes of drive and Krk city 15 minutes. We had overall a pleasant stay, but it seems that the owner Lvica is new to Airbnb, so a few things went in a way we are not used to. Our main Airbnb contact Tomislav is an intermediary, who gave us the phone number of the owner, so all of our communication had to go through a phone number, which was not very responsive, and with language issues. Then, we were asked to pay a 200 Euro deposit at the check-in, which was an unexpected and unpleasant surprise. Close to our checkout, we were sent a message saying that we are expected to leave the place exactly as we received it. We always do that anyway, but considering the amount that we paid and the cleaning fee, it felt a bit out of place, as if we were unwelcome distant relatives that the owner felt obliged to host. I am sure the host will improve these over time.

Großartiges Haus mit toller Ausstattung, es gab eine Waschmaschine die nicht in der Ausstattung Aufgeführt war 😍 Mega gute Ausstattung der Küche und auch sonst alles nötige vorhanden

Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern, es ist traumhaft. Auch die Umgebung ist Perfekt, mehrere schöne Strände in der Nähe oder Feldwege zum Spazieren oder Rad Fahren 👍🇭🇷 Wir wurden sehr Gastfreundlich begleitet vom Vermieter, ein tolles Erlebnis ❤️
