This attractive, rustic holiday house in Risika on the island of Krk can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons. The house is spread over two floors, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and three terraces. It is tastefully furnished and very cozy. On on of the terraces there is an outdoor hydromassage bath. The house is fully equipped, air-conditioned, and ideal for a vacation with family or friends.

Svjetlana et son mari sont des hôtes très sympathiques, serviables et disponibles. La maison est très propre. Le calme est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Warm and kind welcome by Svjetlana herself. Lovely house in a charming, quiet, even a bit secluded (in a positive way) village with kind neighbors. The place is well equipped, spotless clean, well taken care of, with very practical patios smartly located around the house so you can always get either some shade either some sun throughout the day. Fireplace/BBQ/jacuzzi are awesome. Communication was easy. No issues with a 18 months child (baby cot provided, no baby chair though). Sandy beach less than 10 min away (by car), small store 2 min, bigger village with restaurants 10 min, big stores 20 min. We definitely recommend.

Wir verbrachten 12 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Buchen, Bezahlen und die Kommunikation über "visit KRK" funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Haus vor Ort entsprach zu 100% den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Die Vermieterin schickte mir am Tag der Anreise Ihre Handynummer über welche wir alles weitere auf kürzestem Weg klären konnten. Svjetlana ist herzlich, zuvorkommend und hatte uns sogar einen Obstkorb und Getränke im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt. Sie fragte auch regelmäßig nach ob alles in Ordnung wäre und ob wir irgendwo Hilfe benötigten. Sie kam ca. alle 4 Tage vorbei um den Whirlpool zu kontrollieren. Dies stimmte Sie aber mit uns ab, dass wir nicht zu Hause waren. Nach 7 Tagen wurde sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Wir waren mit dem Objekt und Svjetlana sehr zufrieden und die Kontaktadresse für das Haus wurde auf jedenfall gespeichert. Mit dem Auto waren wir von hier aus in ca. 5 Minuten am Strand, wo es genug Parkplätze (5E/Tag) gab. Geheimtipp: durch den Parklatz und an der Küste entlang fahren. Dann kommen innerhlab von 2km 3 idyllische, ruhigere Buchten.
