Villa QUERCUS in Poljica, island Krk is for up to 10 persons and has four ensuite bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa spreads over two floors and also has a kitchen, a living and dining area, guest toilette and spacious garden with heated pool. There are two terraces - one in the ground floor (access from the living area) and the second one can be approched through two of the upper bedrooms. The pool also has a hydromassage area. The pool is open 01.04.-01.11.

Hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Villa ist top Modern. Sehr schön und gross. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr toll gemacht mit dem grossen Pool und Gartenbereich. Für Tierfreunde aufgepasst... Hundehaltung in Zwingern im Nachbargrundstück.. Wie in anderen Ländern leider üblich, nicht so gepflegt wie in der Schweiz oder in Deutschland... (sehr dreckig) .

Großes, modernes Haus. Sehr gepflegt. Der schöne Pool war Ende Oktober noch offen, wenn auch natürlich kalt. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch für einen Grillabbemd alles vorhanden. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Mega schönes Haus, beste Lage und vor allem ruhig. Preis-Leistung ist Mega gut und der Besitzer war auch Mega nett und bei Anliegen hat er sich sofort darum gekümmert. Ganz klar weiter zu empfehlen
